Fall break switched up my training routine. I decided to swim today. I got in right as the pool opened and pretty much swam the whole time. Every sixth lap, I went as far as I could on one breath, then came up and did it till I reached the end. I could make it in about 3 breaths... Felt strong hip area wasnt sore at all when I was swimming.
Did everything in the training room. I am going to add in some weights next time. They are feeling better, less irritating. Hurdle drills, stretch, abs and then an ok ice bath finished up the day. I was at Veale for a very long time today...
