Took an ice bath this morning, thanks to the 2 hour delay and took tylenol right beofre practice, seemed to help with the clicking a little bit. Cant really do any of the strides or run up stairs. Anyways, just ran everything at a little faster than a tempo today, not really running fast cause my leg would hurt too much, just using my stride extension as much as possible. Only thing I went hard on was the last lap of the 5:10 run, (after we did 3x .82) I refuse to let Leonard beat me haha. Instead of doing the 3 mile cooldown, had Jordan accompany me to running down to shit and back and around the campus for 30 minutes. Overall it felt nice to be able to just run at a chill pace but still semi fast.
