Went to Forrest hills for the first time this season. We did a repeat loop up this pretty steep hill, some on the flat then back down. We were told to run up the hill how we would run at 8k, work the flat, then run controled down to make sure we didn't fall, then release at coachL's coat and relax down the hill. I felt destroyed running up the hill. I just felt like I had no pop in my legs. I was able to relese and run down hill well. I feel like I went faster than other people were going on the downhill though. Oh well its one workout. I'll be back on the hourse next week. Props to PSY must have backed in the calories today!
