np long run

Comments:
Quiet this morning, couldnt find anyone to run with. Went out by myself to np. Top of the hill down np to lee, back sp. Went to shaker for a little chunk and then along the backside of the first lake. Coming back along soverlook though I didnt go far enough, so I went out to the end of overlook and back to add on. Stretch, roll, abs and ice when I got back. No hips or back.

Felt very sore and weak in my right side during the whole run. The weakness switched around, but it felt tough. Might be from adding weights to PT stuff. I will do non-weight PT stuff after swimming tomorrow, then back at it on monday.
