Didn't get up to run with the group because I figured that rest was more important and I wouldn't be tempted to try the tempo section, took it easy and was a good grass magnet, put some Icy Hot on my Achilles since I don't have a hot pack, saw Austin and then, Chris Kelly, Tim, Ethan, and Procto, didn't really feel my Achilles at all, stretch, abs.
