Weather: Warm early evening, ideal for running

Comments:
Caught my log back up on paper today and went for an easy recovery run after yesterday's race. Calves were sore for the first three miles from NRV out to North Woodland, but I started feeling really good on the way back and decided to extend my run a bit. A nice chance to look back on the xc season and plan for track as well. I'm porbably going to take a break the early part of next week, but I'm psyched for track to start.
