Comments:
Pushed old shoes up over 500m. This run was supposed to be my midweek long of the week before but all was shifted by weekend race. Felt good and strong throughout this hilly course. Took it slow and eas first two miles with an average 9:30 pace then kept it under 9 for the rest of the way. Good fast last mile (7:46) left me with a nice running high. No Gel but took 20oz gatorade and 20oz water.
