Comments:
Decent run out on North park around first lake. By myself in the beginning. The pack left without me because I was downstairs heating. Met Kamron on the way back. Felt really weak for the first 2 miles, but rolled into it and felt good on the way back. I still think this soreness is from adding weights. Got back and did some nice hip and back stuff, stretched, abs, and then a boring ice bath.

Talked to coach briefly, and this week is going to be 30 miles on 5 days a week. Long run up to 7?
