Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran to AU, drills etc.
Still felt extremely sore/achy/run down from Saturday. Figure I should push through because ultimately this will benefit me this weekend and in 3 weeks.
Mile target time was 830. Immediately we thought that it was a pretty slow target time. Going through the first mile we had to keep telling ourselves to slow down. Finished at 8:10. Wasn't tired at all, just the constant muscle soreness. 400 Recovery.
Second Mile was fine as well, still didnt feel too fast, but felt like there was effort put into it/was working. I really like the pack running w/ everyone pushing each other along. Time was 8:13. 400 recovery
Third mile started to feel tired. Lost focus the 2nd lap but kicked it 3rd and 4th. Time 803. Solid workout with a day of recovery, not spectacular but all things considering pretty good. I need to stop procrastinating.
