Forest Hills Fartlek

Comments:
Fartlek at forest hills. The hard intervals were hard as they should have been, my legs did not feel great but they were ok. Then, the first tempo felt a bit tight but then the other three were fine. Overall, the workout was good. I need to get my legs rested..so I'll be good by Wednesday and def saturday.

Once back, abs, stretch, circuit, hips, ice bath, rolling.
