Resting HR: 56. Sleep: 7 hours. Another late night with the lab report and still feel slightly sick. Got to kick this cold in the butt for Conference.
With the Conference Team, alternates, and Peter, congratulations to the runners who competed at the Malone Invitational, the girl's team didn't recognize the prop/practice mascot as their front doorknob, no drills, straight to the workout.

3* 30 sec striders w/45 sec recovery, 3*3:30 hard w/3 min recovery, 4*4:00 tempo w/1 min recovery, I remember that this workout sucked for me last year, with a possible cold, I was not too optimistic about this one either but I figured I just had to run and not think about my cold or the lab report which consumed so much of my weekend, toward the back for most of the hard intervals, lead the first two tempo intervals and then let Tim lead the last two, estimated distance, good workout.

Jog around the park before hopping in the vans back to Veale, stretch, lift, 38 Ibis (forgot that I did this pillar yesterday), hilarious 10 min ice bath w/Thea, Justine, and Bobby ("I can keep 'em coming.").
