6:30: 2 mile shake out run

11: 3 mile warm-up, Genny 8k in 26:14(12th overall, 6th on team, 3 second PR), 3 mile cool-down. Felt very good. Took first mile out a bit hard in 5:03, but got it under control after that. Very pleased.
