felt really strong mentally today. i kept up with tim and ryan in almost the whole workout of 2 400s 3 1200s 6 200s and 1 2mile threshold. i took the 2 mile threshold very easy though and fell back because on the last 200 i could feel my hamstring hurting a little again. also for some reason my calfs were really sore today, but more when i walked, not so much when i ran
