Comments:
25 minute warm-up, last 10 at tempo-8x1k in 3:11, 3:12, 3:12, 3:12, 3:14, 3:12, 3:13, 3:15(80 seconds rest), little over 2 mile cooldown. Mud/grass, so we were moving pretty good. Tough workout, but felt good considering.
