Comments:
Weights in the AM, then noon run with Jeff. Pretty darn uptempo -- we did the whole "TC 5" (4.7) mile course in under 32, which is fast for us. I felt really good -- worked on the "flick and pull". Rolled 6:20s, maybe faster.
