Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran long w/Matt, our first long runs since TCM. A touch uptempo early (like 6:45-:50), then settled into 7s around PRE and toward campus. Felt So-so -- the L foot felt a ton better, but the R was acting up. That was good, but overall leg feel wasn't great. Matt bonked pretty good on Agate/Fairmount, but did OK running up to PRE -- his first time ever up there!
Overall a solid run, but not great that I have to go 5x as far in two weeks.
