Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
@McDonogh for the last dual meet of the season before MIAAs. Course was relatively flat, with a few rolling hills, and a tough last half mile. Type of course that I should excel on, but still ran like shit. Leading for a bit in the first mile. First time I've ever taken the lead in an xc race and got run down. Feel like shit mentally and physically. Obviously burned out to some extent. Can't wait for this season to be over so I can do what I want.
