Bratenal Run...Windy!!

Comments:
Run up MLK...to Bratenal and then down some mansions grassy property to the lake shore and then back. Quite windy. Good run though. Then 5 barefoot striders once back, stretching, abs, rolling, and then swimming for about 23 minutes.
