3 mile tempo on MLK...16:51.

Then to the track for a mile a 4:51 and then 4 x 400 at 77, 73, 69, 65. @ mile cool-down and warm-up. Good day. My legs were feeling better than the last two workouts which I was happy about. Abs, stretching, rolling, hips, and icing once back.
