Storm inside run

Weather: Storm outside so hot time inside!

Comments:
Did about 2 miles bearfoot around Van Horn then did the rest around the indoor track since the storm hit. It was much less intense then expected but I was very glad I didn't get caught in it. The run gererally sucked since I did 8 miles of laps but coach Rubin, Corey and the jogging gym class kept it fairly interesting.
Streach, hurdles, hips, roll, pushups, pullups and dips, ankle stuff
Slept: 10 hours
