Weather: Nice kinda windy but the track was alright

Comments:
Workout of tempo and some intervals. 3 mile tempo felt okay not great the wind made the way back kinda more difficult than it would have been but fine non the less. Over to the track where I spiked up and walked a 4:50 mile. Felt awsome. Some more recovery and then 4x quarter with a 200 jog. In like 77, 71, 66, 63. All these felt like walking. I found my self laughing towards the end of some of them. Felt soooo good to feel a little bit of track speed go again. I'm pumped for confrence! Its go time!
