Comments:
with a good cool day... we had a very good workout. 1 1/2 warmup to the greenbelt.. then 10 x 60 second repeats covering 300 meters each 60 seconds walking recoveries in between each..
1 1/2 mile cooldown back to school and 2 fb field strides, then 15 minute ice bath.
good solid workout...
