It seems like each day I'm getting better and better. Two weeks ago, I was too sick to run. One week ago I struggled through the Michigan workout, but I still made it through. I've had a theory, that each day that I run, I'm quickly (very quickly) building back to where I was before I took the week off and got sick. Today, I found something out...I was right.

16:52 3-mile tempo. Felt pretty good, relaxed.
4:50 fast mile. Ran with the top guys. I even LET UP in the final 200.

I have no idea what it all means other than I'm feeling great, I've dropped weight and I feel strong again. I'm just pissed that I'm out of chances to find out. Oh wait...never mind.

29 days. That's when I get mine.
