ran well today considering the course was pretty tough. i ran 22 seconds slower than Wilmington and it's super flat there. i was crawling a few times after the big hills so i probably could have beat my season pr if i would have pushed harder after those hills. my splits were (5:37, 6:02, 6:21, 6:18, 6:17)
