Weather: warm and breezy
Comments:
Did five by mile on the xc course with three minutes rest between each one. I spotted the top guys about 8 seconds for each rep. Splits were 4:53, 4:48, 4:41, 4:43, 4:34. Felt great the entire workout. The third rep was pretty rough but after that, I started rolling. I could've definitely pushed harder! Third at heps: believe.
