Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
5 min kick warm up, wkt #1, 15 min aqua jog, wkt #2, 20 swim. Felt good in the beginning, got kinda out of it by the end. I was thinking about the Tea Party and it got me really depressed. Went down to the training room to do the exercises. I have been feeling pretty good doing these. Thats a good sign. Stretch and Ice afterwards. Legs have been feeling sore. I will do a wall hang after my night run tonight probably.
