Comments:
So good! I took Jess and Rob's advice and smiled during the race when I was feeling tired or discouraged at all, so I felt confident for most of the race! I threw up after the race (5 times) so I was confident that I pushed myself enough in the race. Even though I ran up hills very slowly. Maybe it would hurt like that even if I didn't run hard enough just because of the heat and the hills but I don't think so.
