halfday and lavallee was sneaky so we did our workout pretty soon after school. it was a good one today. 600, 200 jog rest, 200 hard, 2 minute rest, all times 4. i liked it, although the pace for hte 600's was fast. lavallee did the pacing work tho, so that was a huge help (thanks lavallee). hit the pace or beat it by a second or 2 every time so i felt like a champion. quessed warmup and cooldown times cause idk and logged them as so to make even mileage
