Comments:
8 x 1000m at Gorden park at the end of MLK. Overall, the workout was good. My legs were feeling a bit more tired tha usual so I couldn't take all of them as fast as I wanted to, but on the other hand I had to push through them being tired which was good. I was 3:04 - 3:08 for all except the 7th when we were a bit slow. Good workout.

Abs, hips, some push-ups + dips, and ice-bath once back.
