MLK: Parking lot to Gordan Park
Resting HR: 68. Sleep: 7.5 - 8 hours. Statics homework took longer than anticipated.
With the conference squad plus Aaron, commented upon the upgrade to the Irish cultural garden, drills.

7* 1000m w/3-3:20 recovery, started out with the top group and finished in the back with Grese, Grese came through with the assist for some of these intervals, original plan was to do half the intervals at half intensity, I figured that I should do as many as possible with reasonable recovery until the top group finished, varied the recovery based on the time, gave a good effort on all of them but it was tough to breathe and my legs did not feel fresh, splits: 3:18, 3:19, 3:23, 3:24, 3:27, 3:26, 3:29. Looks like the top group had a good workout.

Back to the van to Veale, stretch, relaxation drill, lift, 40 Eagle, 10 min ice bath. Tried to name all the NY teams to confuse Corey.
