Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Dang Cold 37 degrees

Comments:
First of all, sorry about any misunderstanding about the route we were running. I love this type of running. It separates us from the rest of the sissy sports out there. We go up in the mountains and run in the snow flurries up killer hills...down killer hills, and all the while screaming for more. Pain is the ally of the tough runner. It is the the line in which other weaker souls bail out of the challenge and shut down. Some people ran amazing...others ran tough, some found they weren't as tough as they thought in the head, and in the end it was a great day.

The retreat was something to not be missed out on. We were pretty busy, but had so much fun. Everyone was awesome and helped out a lot. The food was killer with Rock Brown and my wife doing the majority of the cooking and Liz helping out as well. Cleanup was a breeze... sock wars were wild, and the team jerseys were super duper. I hope all who attended learned a lot as I know I did. What an awesome time. Thanks for making it such a success.
