Rainy Miles

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Rain and cold (only 40 according to the team weatherman, Tim)

Comments:
Veale, Quad, Mather Quad, Ford, East, E108, Wade Park, E115, NRV Track
Resting HR: 56. Sleep: 7.5 hours. Woke up about 20 minutes ahead of my alarm. Feeling slightly better everyday, I think.
With the conference squad minus Paul, mascot was a black glove with red hearts on it that I found on my way to the tent for drills, lap of striders and then time for some fun.

NRV Track
4 * 1600m w/1:30-2:30 recovery. Was slightly worried about re-injuring myself on this run, stuck to the back of the pack for the first one, on the second one, Tim and I faded back a bit so Coach gave us more rest and had us do the workout together, third went slow, but I know I went out in a 77, just didn't look at my watch after the first lap and let the elements, my cold, and the call of nature defeat me a bit, dashed to the bathroom after the third, came back out to the track and helped Chris Wade through his last 800m, not my best performance, but the good news is no reinjury and Case Volleyball defeated Chicago in 5 sets.

With Carter and Tim, 2 * 20 pushups/dips, stretch, 40 Ibis, time to get better this weekend.
