Today was an awesome workout! i felt so great and ready to run! the strides were so perfect it was hard but we got to rest inbeween! i loved it!
i am so excited for the meet on wednesday! i cant wait! i am PUMPED! haha
i am definatly going to keep drinking lots of water because i drank a gallon on sunday and felt so great today so i guess thats what i need to do ! drink water!!!
