workout was 6xmile then 6x200 with 1 minute rest for the miles and 200 jog for the 2's
The workout went well 5:30, 5:29, 5:26, 5:23, 5:23 and then didn't do the last one. Averaged about 33 for the 2's. CoachL said that I looked really good so that's encouraging. My stomach was really bothering me on the last few so i didn't do the last mile. It was weird I didn't need to go the the bathroom or anything, my stomach was just cramping up.
