Weather: a bit too hot
Comments:
Easily one of the toughest workouts of the season. Workout at Tilden was 16 400s on Tilden's lower field. Once again had a bad workout, didn't really pace myself well and I was getting tired by the 8th interval. First five were around 75, and the next three got a little faster, than the pace quickened after the 8th interval, for me probably just stayed 75 for most of them. Workout was weird cause it felt like I just kept getting slower after every interval, and I kept getting dropped and a huge pack of guys was creeping up on me. Had absolutely no energy left the last four intervals, and with less than two minutes rest between each interval I was never ready for the next interval. Oh well, I should just man up and figure that today's workout would be good in the long run. And I'd like to apologize to Alex, didn't mean to run into you like that, sorry.
