Comments:
So I ran the Vets4Pets 5k and it was super easy to run this pace, which is reassuring since I have been feeling so shitty. It made me realize that I'm not in as bad of shape as I thought. I know 6 minute miles isnt that exciting, but I feel like I'm in similar shape as I was at the beginning of cross last year, so I have time before track to get to where I was before track season.
