Tough workout after no breakfast and 2 hours in the car. Did one set of 1-2-4-8-12-8-4-2-1 w/ 100 recoveries, then 800 recover & a 200. Finished with 1000 recovery and a mile in 5:30, then a mid-tempo cool down in 6:30.
