Comments:
Decent swim. My sore throat and runny sinus were definitely noticeable. It didnt really slow me down that much. David joined me and we swam for about the same amount of time. Back and forth with VO2 every sixth lap. Afterward, stretched and did hips. Then abs. Watched the end of track practice.
