Great race, PR by 3 minutes. Proof that distance running is cumulative, as I've been sick with a cold on & off for 3 weeks and had only 1 quality workout (tempo run). I wonder how much quicker I could be, with good health and more speed work. Fell hard, tripped on my lace between 11 and 12, nice batch of road rash on left leg but I didn't stop. Tape laces from now on....Bonked hard during cool down, there wasn't GU even though it was advertised.
