Comments:
ran down to the track today and saw everyone gathered around. found out they were doing a mile time trial so i decided to do half of it with them. ran 2:21 for the 8 and my legs felt really good, but my stomach was upset from eating too soon before i ran, so i'm gonna do a full mile time trial on thursday and see what i can get.
