4 X k on Mundy Pond, 2' break between intervals

slowed down by puddles, cold and wind (and darkness). But otherwise my legs were turning over nicely. Next time I'll go to campus when conditions are this bad.

Got faster when I stopped caring about getting my feet wet in the puddles.
