With the new Regional team (plus Austin minus Phil), revealed our awesome outfits during the drills, practice mascot was the "condom fairy" bear aka halloween bear rescued by W and Petro.

6 * 200m @ 33-35 w/200m recovery, didn't even bother timing these intervals, felt good even in a sports bra, and sagging jorts, decided to take the jorts off for the last interval and run it in my whitey tighties, fun practice, hope we didn't scare the recruit away and the football team doesn't think we are insane.

Jog back to Veale, change into shorts for a mile on the indoor track, stretch, 40 Eagle.
