Comments:
still sore. it hurts to sit down/get up (which hardly even makes my thighs work at all...) i'll get used to using these muscles eventually.
my feet either don't like jumping up and down, or my shoes, or something...i've just been hobbling around on the sides of my feet all night...i just need some rest.
hopefully i'll feel good in the morning. but if i'm this sore by tomorrow, I don't think I'll run in the meet.
