Comments:
8x500 with 300 meter jog to starting line. missed the first 2 due to doing 2-mile warmup. first one was 1:40, then 1:42, then 1:42-1:46 for the next 4 wiht maybe a 1:47 in there. the first 30-50 meters of each interval were so crowded since there were a lot of people like usual trying to get a decent start. but the last 2 i made up. i came through the 400 on my 2nd to last one in 80. then on my last one i went all out (pretty much at least) just kept telling myslef before i wanna go through in under 80 and i went through in 75! ripped it. and finished strong hte last 100 meters that whole interval hurt a lot.
