Ran fields with Mary and Alex, then with Mary and Morgan!
I started out sub 7 minute pace because I felt good, then I joined Mary and Alex and slowed to 8:48 pace. At the very end we started accelerating because we were almost done!
Last 2 miles I did by myself - the last mile had 6 25-second strides.
Everyone was out on the fields - most of the girls team, the track team, frisbee, soccer, other sports, and random boxers. I'm not sure why two people were boxing. Sounds dangerous.
