Weather: 74 degrees and humid

Comments:
Warmed up 2 miles in the 2008-Asics-red, then did 3 miles (74-90)=16:26, then cool down for 4 miles in 2008-Asics-red shoes. Felt good but still need to loosen up quicker. Good effort!!!
