Weather: 78 degrees- To hot for October!!

Comments:
Felt like straight up crap. It wasent a totally bad workout but Im still feeling fatigued and sick. A postive is most of the soreness is gone.

1200m warm up

2x800 with 2 minutes rest- 2:19, 2:19

4x400m with 400m jog in between(about 2 minutes jogging)- 72,73,71,70

400m jog over to the hill for 6x100m hill sprints with 150 jog back to the bottom for rest.

1200m cool down

The second 800 was the worse. I had no energy to run anything more then 400 meters today. First off I hate the 400's we do. They are longer then 400m so it just sucks to see such a slow split. Oh well If I'm sick then I'm sick theres no point of getting upset over a workout I couldnt really control. Easy tomorrow then hopefully Friday I'm feeling well enough to race.
