Decent Workout on Tilden Track

Weather: sort of hot but got cloudy later on

Comments:
1.4 mile warmup to Tilden to do workout which was 5x1000 intervals at 5k pace. Seemed pretty easy but wasn't so much fun. First two felt the best, the last three were the toughest. As always got dropped to the back of the pack but it wasn't a huge gap. Legs got tired real quickly and they weren't feeling it. 2 min recovery which was just a slow jog to the start. 1.4 mile cooldown back to WJ.
