Resting HR: 56, sleep: 7.5 hr.
With the Regional team, stretch, walking over to the line, spike up, drills and striders, "Focus!", had to piss like three times from the warmup to the start of the race.

Great Lakes Regional Championships, race started out quickly, Tim and Ethan along with most of the field tried to move inside as soon as possible, I stuck to the outside and eventually found our team, saw Kelly and Carter further up in the lead pack, came through the mile sub 5, kept passing teammates and other runners throughout the middle miles, finally caught up to Carter and Kelly, both of whom did not look strong, was about 30th place going over the final bridge to the finish, saw Carter and Kelly blow by me along with several runners, dropping me out of All-Region position, finished 38th, team took 7th with 220 points behind Hope College.

Sprinting around with Coach Barnes to cheer on the women's team, then finished out my distance by myself, came back to find most of the team in a "dying hole", tried to cheer them up, stretch, pushups, not the finish to my collegiate cross country career that I wanted, out of the goals that I had set for myself, I did not achieve many of them including nationals qualification, All Region, and breaking 26 minutes.
