I really thought I couldn't do this workout while I was warming up. My chest was just burning. I considered talking to coach about ending my season now. I gave it a shot, unlike Monday, and I am glad I did. I CAN STILL RUN. It might not be quite as easy or pleasant. I might feel crappy. But, I can do it. I did fine today. I felt better during the workout.
